So I stepped onto the street for the first time since finishing the Fuego Y Agua 100K in Nicaragua last weekend for an easy recovery run. I met up with Rich at my house during our lunch break to get a short and easy run in. After all, we are both attempting a 100 mile race next Saturday and I need all the time I can get to recover and recharge. I just wanted to get my legs loose and I did accomplish that during a slow and easy 4 miler around the UAH campus. Temps were very mild in the low 70s.
